On JBL Sansibar black we noticed a magnetic component. What is this? JBL Sansibar black is a natural product which has small fluctuations in its mineral composition depending on its source. The "magnetic component", which can be traced to iron kernels, occurs in isolated cases, but does not have any harmful effect on the operation of the aquarium.
Can JBL Sansibar black also be used for aquariums with shrimps and other invertebrates? Yes, this is no problem. The mineral composition of the natural product doesn’t contain any substances which are harmful to aquatic invertebrates.
Should JBL Sansibar black be washed before use inside the aquarium ? JBL Sansibar black is a natural product with fluctuations in its dust content. To be on the safe side it should be thoroughly washed before use in the aquarium.

Our main shipping provider - GLS is only delivering our packages up until a certain weight. In some extreme cases - involving the shipping of big aquariums and furniture - we will calculate a custom shipping cost after receiving your order. We will only ship the purchased products after you have confirmed this shipping cost with us.
Please be informed, we charge an extra 10 EUR / aquarium on all aquarium orders for special packaging and care within the shipping fee.
SPECIAL DELIVERY TIMES FOR PLANT ORDERS
Our goal is to deliver the plants as quickly as possible to your address, so we are making regular (two times per week) orders to our partners and will send you the fresh plants with GLS as soon as they arrive to us. We also have a uniquely high stock, with hundreds of plants. Please read our terms and conditions.

We would like to inform you that according to the EU regulations we are not allowed to ship live animals or dangerous goods (such as CO2 bottles in example) through our delivery partners. ALWAYS INSPECT PACKAGES FOR DAMAGES!
Please protect your purchase by always inspecting the package right after delivery. In case of visible damages on the exterior of the package, you will need to sign a written damage form IN THE PRESENCE of the delivery agent! We can only guarantee the replacement or resending of any goods if a written damage form or claims form is filled out at the delivery time! With seamlessly undamaged packages on the exterior, you have seven days to report any missing or damaged goods from the interior of the package.
