The special Green Aqua glass aquariums are made with the most advanced 21st century engineering. All our aquariums are subject to a rigurous Green Aqua Quality Control. The ADA (Aqua Design Amano) is using this same technology for most aquariums. The glass fishtanks are all made of top quality glass, without any braces, and they come with beautifully polished edges. Thus view is unobstructed in your Nature Aquarium. The beautiful underwater world therefore is only separated by a thin layer of clear glass from the viewer.
Our engineers use a top quality extra strong and durable transparent silicone. This is applied at minimal amounts required by the high safety standards of our glass products.

Aquariums are packed with high care. Upon receiving the product, please inspect its condition as soon as possible. If the packaging has external damage, fill out a damage report with the Courier and send us photos of both the outside damages and the damage of the product itself.
Warranty is not valid for scratches, cracks or other external damages to the environment during use. Always use a foam mat below the aquarium, cabinets often have uneven surface.
In recent years, we have produced thousands of custom-sized aquariums and aquarium cabinets. If the standard sizes are unsuitable or the desired space requires a custom-sized aquarium or aquarium furniture, ask for a quote on our contact page. We are happy to help you accomplish your ideas.
Production time is typically 3-8 weeks based on individual needs:

SHIPPING OF EXTRA LARGE, HEAVY PACKAGES
Our main shipping provider - GLS is only delivering our packages up until a certain weight. In some extreme cases - involving the shipping of big aquariums and furniture - we will calculate a custom shipping cost after receiving your order. We will only ship the purchased products after you have confirmed this shipping cost with us.
Please be informed, we charge an extra 10 EUR / aquarium on all aquarium orders for special packaging and care within the shipping fee.
SPECIAL DELIVERY TIMES FOR PLANT ORDERS
Our goal is to deliver the plants as quickly as possible to your address, so we are making regular (two times per week) orders to our partners and will send you the fresh plants with GLS as soon as they arrive to us. We also have a uniquely high stock, with hundreds of plants. Please read our terms and conditions.
SHIPPING OF LIVESTOCK, DANGEROUS GOODS
We would like to inform you that according to the EU regulations we are not allowed to ship live animals or dangerous goods (such as CO2 bottles in example) through our delivery partners. ALWAYS INSPECT PACKAGES FOR DAMAGES!
Please protect your purchase by always inspecting the package right after delivery. In case of visible damages on the exterior of the package, you will need to sign a written damage form IN THE PRESENCE of the delivery agent! We can only guarantee the replacement or resending of any goods if a written damage form or claims form is filled out at the delivery time! With seamlessly undamaged packages on the exterior, you have seven days to report any missing or damaged goods from the interior of the package.
