SHIPPING OF EXTRA LARGE, HEAVY PACKAGES Our main shipping provider - GLS is only delivering our packages up until a certain weight. In some extreme cases - involving shipping of big aquariums, furniture - we will calculate a custom shipping cost, after receiving your order. We will only ship the purchased products after you have confirmed this shipping cost with us.
SPECIAL DELIVERY TIMES FOR PLANT ORDERS Our goal is to deliver the plants as quickly as possible to your address, so we are making regular (two times per week) orders to our manufacturers and will send you the fresh plants with GLS as soon as they arrive to us. We also have a uniquely high stock, with hundreds of plants. Please read our terms and conditions.
SHIPPING OF LIVESTOCK, DANGEROUS GOODS We would like to inform you that according to the EU regulations we are not allowed to ship live animals or dangerous goods (such as CO2 bottles in example) through our delivery partners. ALWAYS INSPECT PACKAGES FOR DAMAGES! Please protect your purchase by always inspecting the package right after delivery. In case of visible damages on the exterior of the package you will need to sigh a written damage form IN THE PRESENCE of the delivery agent! We can only guarantee replacement or resending of any goods if a written damage form or claims form is filled at the time of the delivery! With seamlessly undamaged packages on the exterior, you have 7 days to report any missing or damaged goods from the interor of the package.
